I am completely disappointed. I placed my order early Friday morning. Website did NOT state 2 to 3 weeks to process orders. I received the email confirmation and my card was charged. By Tuesday, I checked and no update on my order. I called to check and I was advised they are 2 to 3 weeks behind on online orders. I asked if they could refund the shipping fee and I would pick up the order (30 minute drive for me), I was told they could not do this. I asked to have my order canceled. She (manager) took the information and said it would be canceled. I expressed my disappointment in no notification of the lead time to fill orders. She stated tax free weekend, they were busy. I placed my order early Friday before store hours. It seems the on line orders were not as important as the customers that went to their store. Needless to say, my granddaughter needed her uniforms. I drove to the store and had to wait outside in the long line….August Texas heat (reason, I did online to avoid this)! They were out of several items that I had ordered online. I went to purchase the items…..still no confirmation on my $200+ online order. I asked the associate to check, he checked and wrote down my information and stated it would be done later. The person that does this is helping on the floor. Unacceptable, he did go get assistance, I had to step aside and wait until I received the canceled email. I paid for my items (that were in stock) along with tax (didn’t pay with my online order)
I feel there was no empathy and a lack of customer service. Someone should have offered a discount…credit the tax…or pulled the online order. I guess since we do not have additional choices of where to purchase these items, it does not matter?.
I will say the associate in the store, that helped me find the items, Guliana, was excellent! 3 stars are for her.
Shame on lack of planning..supply and demand…back to school..tax free weekend. Online customers are important also!
Still waiting to receive my credit via my bank.

I really wish someone would open another uniform store in the North Dallas area. This one is poorly run. I called to check on an order I purchased (in store) over 3 weeks ago to have embroidered and no one can even answer the phone. The voice mailbox is full…The owners of this store know they have a corner on the market and really care less about customer service. My family has been forced to purchase through them for the last five years. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the man behind the counter when we purchased was actually kind and funny.

Normally on a slow day the customer service is great. Today Saturday August 21 2021, well over 20+ customers had been waiting outside for over 30 minutes and once 3pm arrived they locked the doors and some older man yelled at everyone (my 12 year old included) to leave and spelled out CLOSED. Too bad this is our only option for school apparel.
