Here’s background on me. I am a musician, so I travel a lot and stay at the cheapest of the cheap. Two days ago, I saved pizza from the trash can and happily ate it. I say this just so you know I’m not looking down from a high horse. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms reeks of mildew, and I can’t seem to get rid if it. The sheets are damp because it’s so moist in here. The breakfast bar was so gross that I couldn’t eat anything (remember when I said I eat garbage pizza?). I think that perhaps this is a good fit for someone who just got out of prison, or is just getting back from an extended stay in a third world country. I think the homeless would prefer a bench.

My husband and I currently live here until we find an apartment. The staff is very nice and understanding. They all will work with you with any issues. The rooms are very nice and clean. My husband and I is very satisfied staying here.

There’s no pool, no breakfast, the people at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. It makes you wonder what you’re even paying for. I paid for a king studio suite, because I have 2 dogs and a 10mo old and am staying for 15 days so needed the extra space, but they put me in a queen suite, mind you this is a $300 difference in price and they acted like they were doing me a favor of some sort i don’t know. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel at all considering you can stay at a studio 6 for half the price and get a bigger room, fully equipped kitchen and friendly service. Pretty disappointing.

(Pros) Very friendly & accommodating staff. The room is spacious, clean, with great facilities. The small gym & laundry works well. There’s also a tiny shop on-site where you can find cereals, snacks, frozen meal, some drinks and free coffee. Gas station is right behind, restaurants are near too. Two thumbs up for the value for money, at least at the time I booked it.
(Cons) The shower curtain railing curves too far out the curtain can’t be tucked inside the tub so we can’t help the water splashing to the floor. The location is at a very crowded crossroad, for me it’s a bit scary to drive around the area (but I guess the traffic is always hectic in Dallas area). The elevator smelled like pot several times.

First of all we paid for a king suite and then after we pay we are then told that there’s no kind suites available. Mind you we have an 11 month old and two dogs so the queen room is tiny and not enough space for our two week stay. They tell us we will get the king suite tomorrow but the point is they should have told us before we paid that the only one available was the queen and they didn’t. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. There is no pool or continental breakfast when you go to a hotel you pay for the amenities. So we are staying in a queen room for 1,300 for a two week stay when we are supposed to have the king studio. This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to I don’t feel like I’m at home and the front desk is so rude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be calling their corporate office. I just want to k ow why I’m paying so much when this place doesn’t even have a breakfast.

My family and I traveled to Texas from Wisconsin for a wedding, and the whole place was beautiful! I was also thrilled that the pool was open and continental breakfast was provided! The staff was friendly! Overall a great experience.

Edited from 5-stars to reflect that staff tried to bill me for a +$1,500.00 remodel when I moved out. It wasn’t a mistake either, they knew it was fraudulent and backed off every single line item when we challenged it. Seriously, we had the place professionally cleaned when we left. It was immaculate, and they thought they could stick us with a fake bill and we wouldn’t notice. That’s about as shady as it gets.

Please ignore everything my boyfriend (Bryan Bentzel) said about this being a great situation. They messed up and didn’t send me the lease and made it my fault. So we had to come in person and sign a paper lease. A lease we were never sent or given a copy of. We waited four, almost five, weeks for someone to come out and fix the dryer plug that had no power running to it and we were driving an hour plus to our parents houses to do laundry every weekend. We waited another two weeks for them to come fix our ice maker. The toilet in our master bathroom doesn’t flush properly and they said they’ve come out and fixed the problem. They didn’t, I still have to go use the other bathroom because our master bathroom toilet flushes properly maybe twice daily. Now for the parking. They make it seem so positive when you move in and it’s anything but. Most of the spots are compact spots so if you drive anything larger than Ford Feista, please be prepared for an insane amount of door dings and scratches. Or you could end up like me, my CR-V was hit and damaged so bad that my passenger door doesn’t open. Of course the person who did it didn’t leave any information, so I called to see if there were cameras in the garage to you know protect residents. Absolutely not. So while my vehicle is in the body shop I’ve been driving my dad’s Dodge Journey, which they had towed all because it wasn’t in a visitor marked spot. They refuse to help me in anyway despite it being on the top floor with maybe two other cars, registered on the visitors parking site, and me living in the building and paying rent. We had planned to live here until we absolutely had to move but if it’s gonna mean damaged vehicles and $300 tow bills never mind. I wish I could move today.

Update: they never called as they said they’d do below and I’ve now had to ask for a fourth time for our master bathroom toilet to be fixed. We know they’ve never come to fix it because we have a camera to watch our dogs while we’re gone and we’ve had no footage of anyone else being in our apartment for the last month.

This was my first time coming to the shop, and I definitely will be back! The owner Bill was wonderful and very helpful. He got me in very quickly! My check engine light had came on yesterday and I was concerned about it and he was able to find out what the problem was fast and explain it to me in a way that I would understand what I needed to do.

Miss Liz in the front was also wonderful, I had to bring my puppy with me today and she even played with him for a little bit so I could go into the shop to check on things!

I can’t say enough about this place, and about Mike. Several times now they’ve had the chance to take my money, and every time they have instead told me the truth (as opposed to the dealer, who came back with a laundry list of BS ‘repairs’). Because of this, since it was time for my 120K flushes and tune up, they got the work. They’ll be my garage as long as we’re both around; an honest mechanic is INVALUABLE to me. Wish i could give them 6 stars.

I love this store! Bree is the assistant manager, and she answered our million questions before going in. And she matched us with Richard, and they both worked with us to port us over from Metro PCS, which has awful coverage. The professionalism of both Bree and Richard is impeccable. There were other customers in the store, and Bree went in between them and us, answering questions for them as well. This store seems to have such a cohesive team that everyone knew what needed to be done no matter what they were doing. Bree leads a great team, and Richard knows so much about tech questions. I am thankful to have been with such knowledgeable and professional people. This is a true team. This team is an asset to AT&T, and if AT&T is astute, they will keep these team members happy before another company steals them!

Very pleased with my experience upgrading to my new phone. The staff and few customers that were in there all wore masks and practiced social distancing as best as they could, which was most reassuring, the store was very clean. Kendrick did an excellent job at educating me about the cloud, the exchange process, etc. so I wouldn’t freak out too much when he wiped the data off my old phone. He was most personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease knowing that I wouldn’t loose any of my data in the transition. Ask for Kendrick if you go to this store – he will take good care of you! He rocks!

Same happened with furniture purchased from the colony store. Everything is great till you report something to Fortegra, they refer you to the many pages policy which ensures you get nothing.

Rooms2go agents do anything to convince you to buy the extended warranty by telling you “everything is covered, don’t worry”. The truth is, rooms2go is SCAMMING you and just taking your money.

Don’t ever ever buy their extended warranty and better find somewhere else to buy furniture for your lovely house.

Customer service average wait time is 40min and you can imagine how helpful they are.

We walked into Rooms to Go this afternoon just on a recon mission. Not looking to buy at all. That is until we struck up a conversation with Gabriel Fernandez. He was so knowledgeable on all the products and was so honest I actually asked him “don’t you want to sell something “ he said their products sold themselves, he just wanted us to be informed before diving into such a large purchase. We were so impressed with his ethics, honesty and personality we walked out of there happy with new furniture! We will be back to deal with Gabriel in February when our oldest moves into her new apartment!!!

Good food as usual every time I’ve been there. Very enjoyable experience except for the feeling like I wasn’t taken notice since I was dining solo. I had to flag down the waiter to get another drink. Okay it was very busy but he was paying close attention to other tables repeatedly.
I finally got my drink, and later asked for my check with a box for my leftovers. I boxed my food and left my card to pay at my table with my half glass of beer and went to the restroom. I come back to find my table cleared, my boxed food still there and another couple moving in. I feel like I got the bums rush at the end. I wanted to complete my meal and leave at my leisure. That didn’t happen. A little disappointed but that won’t deter me from coming back. Like I said the food and atmosphere are great. They just need to pay a little more attention to the details that matter.

Had a great dine in experience. Love the ambiance and enjoyed being able to see the pizza getting made. I don’t know why, but the crust that we were offered really caught me off guard; it was outstanding. Pizza was excellent, I ordered double pepperoni and have noted that they really don’t hold back on their toppings! I was floored. Drinks were solid, too. Would visit again.

I love this place but had a bad experience with an employee this one time I went. I asked the employee to point me in the direction of the personal journals and they adamantly told me they don’t carry them. I was confused because I had purchased them here before and as I was leaving I ran across a floor stand in the front of the store full of personal journals. I hope that employee just honestly didn’t know they carried them and wasn’t being lazy. I’m not going to let this one time experience ruin my beliefs on what a great store this is.

I am completely disappointed. I placed my order early Friday morning. Website did NOT state 2 to 3 weeks to process orders. I received the email confirmation and my card was charged. By Tuesday, I checked and no update on my order. I called to check and I was advised they are 2 to 3 weeks behind on online orders. I asked if they could refund the shipping fee and I would pick up the order (30 minute drive for me), I was told they could not do this. I asked to have my order canceled. She (manager) took the information and said it would be canceled. I expressed my disappointment in no notification of the lead time to fill orders. She stated tax free weekend, they were busy. I placed my order early Friday before store hours. It seems the on line orders were not as important as the customers that went to their store. Needless to say, my granddaughter needed her uniforms. I drove to the store and had to wait outside in the long line….August Texas heat (reason, I did online to avoid this)! They were out of several items that I had ordered online. I went to purchase the items…..still no confirmation on my $200+ online order. I asked the associate to check, he checked and wrote down my information and stated it would be done later. The person that does this is helping on the floor. Unacceptable, he did go get assistance, I had to step aside and wait until I received the canceled email. I paid for my items (that were in stock) along with tax (didn’t pay with my online order)
I feel there was no empathy and a lack of customer service. Someone should have offered a discount…credit the tax…or pulled the online order. I guess since we do not have additional choices of where to purchase these items, it does not matter?.
I will say the associate in the store, that helped me find the items, Guliana, was excellent! 3 stars are for her.

Shame on lack of planning..supply and demand…back to school..tax free weekend. Online customers are important also!

Still waiting to receive my credit via my bank.

I really wish someone would open another uniform store in the North Dallas area. This one is poorly run. I called to check on an order I purchased (in store) over 3 weeks ago to have embroidered and no one can even answer the phone. The voice mailbox is full…The owners of this store know they have a corner on the market and really care less about customer service. My family has been forced to purchase through them for the last five years. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the man behind the counter when we purchased was actually kind and funny.

Normally on a slow day the customer service is great. Today Saturday August 21 2021, well over 20+ customers had been waiting outside for over 30 minutes and once 3pm arrived they locked the doors and some older man yelled at everyone (my 12 year old included) to leave and spelled out CLOSED. Too bad this is our only option for school apparel.

Great drink but me and my wife weren’t happy about have to wait 35 minutes for 6 tacos. Especially when there was nobody in the restaurant. Only after asking about the order was I told that they were backed up in the back and they were just starting my order. Conveniently though after asking about my order it was out within 5 minutes. I watched someone come in after us and had their food within 10 minutes and sat down to eat. We haven’t sat down to eat in a restaurant in a year and a half and this being our first experience in awhile was very disappointing. Would have liked to talk to a GM but one wasn’t there.

Awesome place to get your rehab done. Ruben was super helpful in getting my knee back to normal after a dislocation and very understanding of the timing and pace I needed to reach my goals. The staff is outstanding and knows what they’re doing, and the clinic itself is kept very clean and tidy. I will definitely be recommending Pitman Creek to all my hockey players and other friends if they ever have injuries that will require PT. Super satisfied with the help and advice provided over the last 2 months! Thanks guys!

I transferred from Methodist Physical Therapy to Pitman Creek three sessions into my regimen preceding and post-op a hip replacement. I was pushed to my maximum effort gently, but I was totally prepared for my surgery. Afterwards, I was ready to drive in only 10 days and was walking with a cane within a week. The preparation and skill of my therapist made my recovery so easy. I totally recommend Pitman Creek for anyone who wants to continue with an active lifestyle.

Pitman Creek PT really did a great job helping me heal from a back issue. Casey Jones, my PT, was AWESOME. After the first visit with him I was able to get up out of bed with NO PAIN (1st time in a couple of weeks). The PT assistants were very professional and helpful with exercises, heat and TENS therapy. I recommend him and Pitman.
